We’ve streamlined our leasing process to be as simple and convenient as possible for you and your roommates. With no upfront application fees due until your group is approved and clear communication every step of the way, we make the leasing process stress-free and easy to understand. As the largest provider of off-campus student housing near Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s, CES Property Management offers exclusive luxury townhomes located closer to campus than any other option. With over 30 years of experience in real estate and property management, we are trusted by both renters and property owners to deliver exceptional living experiences.

Because we are not a corporate-run business, you won’t be passed between multiple contacts during your lease. Instead, you’ll work directly with the owners. Tammie serves as your primary contact for leasing and all communication, while Michael personally handles all maintenance needs. Both are readily available by phone or text, eliminating the need for websites or apps that can delay responses. Tammie and Michael are committed to providing prompt, personal service throughout your lease.
